Co-Op ????????, Not by any description, Looks can be deceiving!!! Common sense will not be tolerated in this complex. No Transparency or confidentiality!!! Lots of Bullies!!!They Use the services of City of London, City Parking Enforcement and Commissionairs, to help them bully members of this complex, all the while, and during a pandemic, Covid 19.!!!! What?? And Seniors at that !!!!!

If you can get on the waiting list its a nice place to rent. Inside is really nice with no finished basement but plenty of space throughout. For the most part its quiet. Very small yard space.

Extremely nice place to live. The management there is very friendly and professional. Any problems/issues we’ve had gets handled very quickly.
