This mcdonald's is by far the worst I've ever been to. The washrooms were so dirty the urinal was overflowing and the staff did not care. Ontop of this the area with the napkins, straws, condiments was all empty and the garbage was overflowing and not taken out. We ordered the new sweet chili wrap but they did not add any sweet chili. When I brought it back they told me they ran out and could only offer me the nugget sauces. Worst service and food quality they could of easily told us before we bought but waited until after we brought it back and complained.

I ordered a chocolate sunday from here, it took them 30 minutes to make it. I had to ask them 3 times to remind them and after the second time they tried to tell me I had never ordered it until I showed them the recept on my phone. Definitely would not reccommend.

One of the worst locations out there, morning staff extremely slow, a 10 car lineup at Tim’s will clear out before two cars in McDonald’s. Just went to grab a quick dinner from the drive through, was told to park in front and wait … waited over 10 minutes(so much for fast food) only to receive cold and stale food. Will definitely be avoiding this terribly run location.

The cleaning of washrooms is so disgusting.I placed the order and after two minutes it desapaired from the screen with nobody serving it... so I did a complaint and then they went to look for it... another customer had happened the same situation...

They always forget stuff and I worry about the hygiene of this location. The floors are sticky and look like they haven’t been mopped in a while. They recently added a play place but no one ever uses it. Ordered a BLT bagel it was so hard I almost dislocated my jaw.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. They manage to mess your order up every time. Food is bad, even for McDonald's standards, but the worst part is they usually forget something or always give you the wrong items.

On top of the concerns about food quality and freshness, some staff and even managers here are extremely entitled and dismissive. Often times there are orders sitting on the shelf getting cold with people waiting at the counter. No one can be bothered to assist customers and delivery drivers resulting in more work and significant delays. No wonder they need to post the sign about rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. While I agree with this, they are often rude themselves, and have no issues ignoring customers.

Excellent guest service for every guest I have noticed that everybody in this restaurant was very professional and friendly. They did amazing job with table service and also provided great feedback for what new sandwiches have launched recently. They all were working hard and supportive.

THIS WAS THE WORST MACDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO. horrible service took them 20 minutes to even take my order and then another half an hour to get the food. It’s also filthy there was garbage all over the table.

Busy or not. Never once will you pick up your food through the drive thru. They always make you park and wait. Not sure what goes on inside but I’m sure if I hopped back there myself untrained I’d be able to work faster than them. It’s simple stuff, not complicated. Terrible
