Amazing service, very good job, thank for everything

please read bad reviews. it seems like they're all true. i did a search to look for a company to reseal and grout my pavers i installed 16 years ago and fell on scellantxtra. the reviews seemed very legit. The owner came to give me a quote of 3000 to do this job. The job was done by 2 guys who were very respectful. the next day i noticed the plastic borders in some places are lifting from its place due to vibrating the pavers. i also noticed most of driveway pavers turning white due to sealing the pavers before they were completely dry. i called Simon who is the owner many times within almost 2 weeks and he never responded. i finally hid my number and he responded. i explained to him the situation very calmly and asked him to rectify the problems. he kept on arguing about that his costs are high to send a guy to repair and also told me that it was my fault that the borders lifted. don't do business with them. they make you feel like they are worth the costs but in reality they're far from it. you've been warned.Update: 8 months later the grout is coming off like dirt. They cut corners by installing polymeric sand and seal it right away whereas you're supposed to water the sand and let it hardened. Weeks later you can seal it. Like I said read bad reviews before. Buyer beware!!! Do not do business with them.
