A decent shawarma shop! I came here for a shawarma poutine and added garlic dressing and chicken. Good flavours; however, the chicken was a bit dry. The person who took my order wasn't the brightest ray of sunshine. I may come back and try their other menu items.

We went to Osmow's for take-out. There was no line which was a nice surprise. We ordered chicken shawarma on rice and chicken shawarma on salad. All the orders were made as we requested and the amount of sauce and spice was spot on. All four of our orders tasted delicious. The portions are plentiful. I ordered a large and I had two extra meals from that. I added some leftover broccoli that we had in the fridge and it was a good meal. Price is very reasonable. We will come again for sure. Quality and price is same as some other shawarma restaurants in Brantford but the flavour is a bit different. Really enjoyed the hot flavour.

Chicken was hard and seemed oil was used while cooking on the grill aft removed from the shawarma pit.Left an unpleasant taste aft everybite cze chicken was over cooked as well with outer shell hard n thickThe Cashier(Girl) had zero smile on her face while taking the order and needs a lot of training on greeting the right way !Upselling is a key for the success of restaurant which was nt askd as well cze this girl had a bunch of attitude or xyz whatever u call cze of her treatmentWhat do you wantOn roxThis is ur total boomDo you want anything on side /Have a nice day nth just boom !Will not visit the location again !

Ok food.They put too much sauce on my food. Too much garlic sauce.Too much hot sauce.Decent place.All 3 workers seemed unhappy.I said Hi’ & thanks to all of them. None of them said anything back.One nodded. … Rude!Stores should thank the customers for spending their hard earned money in their establishment.Or they won’t exist. Unpleasant stores are upsetting.I won’t be back!Lots of other options in the area.
