Worker confused childrens names often. I received case sensetive info about someone elses child. Breach of confinendiality on multiple occasions. Failed to provide adequete care and services while maintaining the clients privacy.

In my experience it's quite useless. They never get back to you when they say they will. They've allowed many kids to be stuck in abusive households under the guise of not wanting to separate families.Ministry provides counselling and psych help for youth in need, but has a frustrating way of deciding who needs more help then others. Many youth turned away due to not being a priority" while being actively considering suicide and in crisis."

We became guardians of our grandchild almost 2 years ago and haven’t had any problems with the workers or supervisor. We have liked all the workers and other people we have been assigned. They have all been very helpful.

They did not do their do diligence to protect a child from his foster parents with history of physical abuse and the child succumbed to his injuries that were inflicted by his foster parents.
