Writing this on behalf of his former client whose first language is not English. Mark must have been too busy helping all the positive reviews here because he did not fulfill any duties or services requested by his client to help her meet her release order conditions to obtain a conditional discharge. He was never available by phone as calls would be redirected to his secretary, never available in office, didn't respond to any emails about updates (read receipts showed they weren't even read), including confirmation of payment/retainer agreement or a simple address change or surety change as needed by the court, and he didn't provide clear instructions as how she should proceed. The employees at the court house were more helpful than he was and directed her appropriately. Mark couldn't even provide his client with a zoom link which was listed and available publicly online, which she was not aware of at the time. When he finally agreed to a meeting, after their initial consultation 3 months prior and she asked about simple requests made, he responded with yeah yeah yeah'. This is after he agreed that her previous lawyer didn't advise her appropriately and assured her that her court proceedings would end in a few months. He quit on her shortly before a court hearing
