Need the fix the sidewalks around and get rid of sidewalk on the playground it's not safe for kids and adults or and teenagers because the sidewalks very dangerous it does not need to be wood chips in it that's very dangerous to you need to put sand back on the playground and our sidewalks need to get fixed around here and they're very damaged and dangerous

It's an OK neighborhood. There's a decent amount of kids and a public park. We light off fireworks down there on the 4th of July so you should too! Maintenance workers aren't lazy and for any skaters out there, the roads are smooth.Update: they don't want you to do the fireworks kinda lame

Just finished the move in process. Rachel in the office was very helpful and a joy to work with! Even though we had a couple bumps in the road with our original home not being ready in time Rachel quickly made arrangements for us to view another home that we ended up loving even more! Steve in Maintenance is also great! came and quickly fixed the few things that needed fixing. So far so good and looking forward to our time here!

The office staff is so sweeet and caring. They will go out of their way to help you find a place to live.

MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR GRASS CUT SAME DAY AS YOUR NEIGHBOR OR ELSE THEY GIVE YOU 24 HOURS TO CUT IT OR ELSE THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY $35 TO HAVE IT CUT BY SOMEONE YOU DIDNT HIRE. Must be a new manager trying to make a name and this isn't a good way to go about it. Haven't even been moved in 3 weeks still in the process of moving in left a trailer parked on my lawn overnight and received a notice for it. We really don't wanna go do this road this early.After seeing my review management took it upon themselves to contact my employer rather than to contact me directly. I just wanted a nice peaceful place to live but management won't allow that. I guess a few phone calls and a little understanding would've saved us both a bunch of trouble huh? I'll keep this review updated also as a record of future events also. At this point if I was anyone looking for a community I would definitely say NO!! To yes communityUpdate to the first review I have watched my neighbor across the street keep his jetski trailer in his yard the whole summer to no consequences so I can only assume at this point management picks on their renters first before any residents

I’m here to ask about ACTUAL future plans for overflow parking. I wanted to go talk about this at the office yesterday. And I did. When I walked in there was a very nice lady with a smile on her face that walked up to me and I explained my problem. Before she could answer a very rude woman butted in with the wrong answer I already knew and an argument insued because I was so mistreated by the other woman’s attitude. I’ve been told I can’t park somewhere three times now but I haven’t been given a solution and winter is here. I was told to park 1/4 mile from my vehicle at the mailboxes twice now. Luckily I have a very nice neighbor that has offered up her driveway but, this is getting out of hand. We street parked here for 20+ years until this company showed up and since they’ve gotten rid of street parking the average speed in the park has doubled. The only enforcement they have is a guy that made a Facebook page nicely telling people to slow down. I’ve almost been hit walking to my truck across the street at 5:30am and they expect my girlfriend to walk across the park to her car every day. This has become winded. I’m not here to start an altercation. I’m here to get answers that the rest of the park wants to know too.

We recently used two clubhouse for a Baby Shower. Shawna was so helpful with making this possible.The parking spaces was perfect because we had a great turn out. The kitchen was very nice too and being able to have access for refrigerator items was great. everyone Loved the place and the fireplace was a very nice display for gifts and prizes.

We move in next month, and so far Rachel and Amanda have been amazing. They are definitely on top of making sure their residents have no issues! We are super excited to become part of the community! Compared to where we are coming from, there has already been weight lifted off our shoulders! Things have been stress free! Thank you so much!!!
