They came to our rescue right before the holidays for pinning even though holidays were around the corner and they were fully booked. That one day, could go far in Toronto's harsh winters. we really appreciate their effort and service .

This company was surveying a property 2 houses down from me and decided to help themselves to setting up their equipment at the top of my driveway in front of my garage door. After discovering them there and asking why they would set up on my driveway without even knocking on the door to ask (which i would have had no issue with, had they been considerate) The 2 employees apologized about not asking but I then noticed they had drawn triangles on my newly paved and sealed driveway with sharpies in order to mark spots for their laser/tripod. So not only did they trespass they then drew with sharpie on my new concrete, needless to say i told them to get off my property and my wife called the owner Aziz who proceeded to shout at her on the phone and tell her what do you want me to do?" Poor professionalism to say the least and judging by the other reviews it seems to be a pattern with them."

Brocken promises! Delayed with work for 4 months. When you try to ask about timelines and deliverables he started raising his voice trying to put you down and make you stop inquiring about his initial commitments. Avoid this place! So unprofessional services and behaviour!

Rude, unresponsive, and unwilling to communicate. It seems you are bothering him by giving him work and even the simplest of requests seem to be such a hassle to him. There are a lot of good surveyors out there, find someone else, you won't regret it.

Aziz is okay but they are not up to speed with technology. They had great price in surveying the house prior to sale $350 but they surveyed wrong house. When we asked them to go back they wanted an extra $100 for gas and time but it was their problem. We paid them because we had to close but I will never do a cash deal again with them. I heard that this is their part time job which makes sense why they never return a call. Then one day my husband saw Aziz cutting the grass in his Lawn company. It all makes sense now

Mr. Aziz has done many homes for me the past 10 years and I can always relay on him and staff to provide excellent service. Thank you Mr. Aziz and your team for your quick and accurate responses. Pleasure working with you.

Been working with Aziz for over 15 years and really appreciate their services. Always very professional and on time.Very considerate and reasonable pricing and not crazy increases due to Covid like most of the other guys out there taking advantage of the situation.Pleasure to always work with you and looking forward to new project in the future!

Please do your research . They are being investigated by business bureau for not finalizing statement of works for more than 8 builders. Do yourself a favor and stay away. If you do engage than do not pay in full. Ask for a payment plan that suits your needs. Once you pay in full you are at their mercy . If they stand behind their work than they should be okay with 10% down payment. People do your research. They are the cheapest for a reason .
