I am actually a constituent in Beaches - East York which borders Minister Blair’s Scarborough - South-West riding.After attending my MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith’s office, I discovered that it is closed to the walk-in public and that no office staff were even present. A notice on the door advised to either send an e-mail or call a given phone number. I called the number, got a recording and left a message. Nathaniel Erskine-Smith’s office never responded to my voicemail (which one is forced to leave as no office staff answers the phone.)Feeling a bit desperate as my issue was time-sensitive, I decided to call Minister Blair’s riding office. I called midday on a weekday and the phone was picked up immediately.Despite being a neighbouring constituent. I was listened to sympathetically and responded to both fully and professionally.Thank you so much Minister Blair’s Scarborough- South-West riding office for not only being being open to and ready to serve but, in my case, for going above and beyond.

I went to ask for help. They were not helpful and they are not willing to help

Recently visited our local MP Bill Blair’s office for help with rectifying a IRCC system error. Ms. Nahid Sharif the Constituency Office Co-Manager patiently listened, politely advised what to do and most importantly liaisoned with both passport office and IRCC to resolve the issue. I am thankful to her and the office.

When I went to MP Blair’s office I was in a very anxious state and I couldn’t reach my MP either. When I went to their office, the staff were there in person and ready to help. They were very quick to act, helped me right away with case. They are very responsive as well. All the staff members great specially Ms. Nahid. She was very helpful and quick with my case and kept updating me and following up regularly.

Nahid Sharif is very mean and rude..If she can't handle ppl why is she there? She is angry and mean time for her to be retir and stay home
