So bad service run machine this Indian , waiting l have appointment Also had them cancel the day of appointments. I also found the Doctor look annoyed I had been referred there and had trouble making eye contact. they have completely transferred everything and have had to try and calI would recommend it.

Horrible clinic. Had a 24 hr test 8 months ago and just found out it was a failed test after I kept asking for results as my doctor did not have them. No calls or follow up to advise me or my doctor that it failed and and no appointment set up to repeat this important test. Then I had a different 48 hr test 2.5 months ago and no results were sent to my doctor. I called and the girl who is apparently too busy with two clinics forgot to send them. Said she’d fax the results right away. I asked to speak to supervisor and after 12 minutes on hold I was cut off and no courtesy shown by calling me back. I had to get my referring specialist’s office to call them. They still have not received results 5 days later. I would never trust them to do important testing or follow up. Ask to be sent to a different clinic if you want professional service.

I usually don't write reviews anywhere but had to come here and write the review for the poor experience. To begin with, Dr. Ravi Varshney was not just rude but VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EGOISTIC. Apparently, he doesn't like to answer any of your questions. While you are discussing with him, he opened the door for me as if he just wants to shut me up and doesn't want to answer any questions. As per what he said, I am not a GOD or you are not a GOD" if you ask him questions based on your reports. I felt so disrespected and didn't want to argue with him as I just felt he is not worth any discussion. Before you start thinking this is a long duration consultation

After Echocardiogram, ECG, next day appointment with Dr. Ravi Varshney, follow up immediately, test ECG again, within a month stress test.

Terrible Cardiac Clinic , so confusing , appointments delayed hours , On my last 2 visits they booked appointments , when I arrived they said it's the following day , I let her listen to the message as they play mind games !!!! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL Staff is very unprofessional , my documents from echo results took over 3 months too find as numerous Drs called for results , they refused to give them , All there machinery and Testing devices , holter moniters and EKG machines are last used in the 70s . OUTDATED ! Drs have no idea what is going on after long waits in 2 different places you are rushed 5 minutes time frame .. Stay far away from this Total Clinic . Very Unprofessional , reception is very rude and completely lost Dirty and not sanitary Clinic .

Horrible experience, cancelled my appointment in the same day the appointment! after waiting a month at least!! Then they rescheduled without telling me the time even after 2 month later!!!!It’s not a place to relay on at all. And seems happened with many people before as well.

Dirty and unhygienic. The staff is impatient and rude. Went to for my first every ECG, the table had no paper covering, the pillow was oil and mascara stained from many previous people, there was no covering. The curtain was brown and dirty. The lady doing the ECG explained nothing and harshly cleaned my skin. No communication as if I was corpse. The back waiting room wand dingy, soiled and smelled horrible. I wanted to vomit. The staff were not professional and looked as if they came from bed. Some staff member had really bad body odour. If you can, ask your doctor to refer you to another Cardiology clinic. This place was disgusting. They’re disrespectful to the elderly and have no patience for the patients.

I was 20 minutes late to my appointment yesterday but they still took me in. After getting my ECG I only had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Kapoor. He was friendly and a genuinely sweet doctor. He took the time to answer my questions and order more tests. Great clinic.

Worst clinic ever. They end up canceling appointments the day before with no regards, or 24 hour warning,Have cancelled multiple appointments in the past and last time we went there the doctor left right before it was time to see us. And we had to rebook an appointment just for the doctor to tell us we need to do the other tests that we already been told.Ask your doctor for a different clinic. This one has so many issues, you'll get there and then find out your appointment is cancelled.

Demoralizing experience in this clinic and with Dr Kapoor. Office very disorganized and appointment times mean nothing. I had a 5 day holter test; after one week received a call saying that it had to be repeated because of faulty settings. The next one took 3 months (yes THREE) before the results were available. I also had a 24 hour blood pressure test; the apparatus was smelly and had some dried food (I hope it was food) stuck on it. The cuff kept coming off so accuracy of test in doubt. Dr Kapoor obviously rushed and the need to move on apparent. Close to tears when I left from feeling so let down and disappointed.
