I came to Moxies over the weekend for my birthday dinner with friends. The only reason I am giving them a 2 star rating is because when I spoke to a manager, who booked my reservation, he was very nice and helpful. However, when we actually got there the service was terrible.This was my first time going to Moxies since before the pandemic and it seems things have really gone downhill since then. It took them a long while to come and get our orders. It then took them another 2 HOURS to bring our food out. Our main server (she was training someone) was completely uninterested in attending to us. I understand that some people have bad days as servers, but every single person at our table treated them with the utmost respect and the service was still poor.The only reason we didn't speak up while we were there is because we didn't want them spitting in our food!We also had to wait forever for our bills and there really was no excuse for the night to be so long, they were not busy at all and should have been able to attend to us in a timely manner. SUPER disappointed with my experience and I won't be going back unless I have to!

Update to this review:The general manager reached out, which I thought was very thoughtful. We went back and the service was amazing and food was great. We really appreciate them reaching out and trying to come to a solution. They really stood behind the name.Terrible service. We waited for 15mins, before I finally asked someone for water. Almost left. Food took forever. Not like the other locations we have been to.

Moxies is one of Regina's finest Restaurants. It has a clean sofisticated design which I enjoyed a lot. The staff are friendly and professional. The lighting for evening dining is perfect.The appetizers, main course and desert were all very good. I was satisfied with the prices as well. I recommend you try out this fine dining restaurant. The booth area has a an intimate feel to it especially when it is dark with that low light.

This was our second visit to moxies after 5 years and that too coz we could not get a reservation at earls or brewhouse. The restaurant was very quiet on a very busy Saturday night. There was only one more table apart from ours whereas other places had no space.Our waitress was changed three times in one shift. Waited 10 - 15 minutes for her to bring our beers when it was not busy at all. I think they all were in a rush to finish their shifts. Third guy was very efficient and polite.About the food , we found little pricey for the quality especially nachos platter, main course was ok , tuna stack was really unique and tasted nice.Ambience is still great but very limited selection of beers and food. Happy hour menu at earls has more options and reasonable.

Food was quite delicious, and the service was also great. The music they play is also great to vibe to, and it was altogether a good experience having my dinner there. I don’t remember the names of the dishes as it has been a while since I went there.

I've had bad luck getting a medium cooked steak the last several times I've visited here, but everything else is so great. As soon as I showed our server the well-done steak, they had it replaced, did not charge us for my meal, gave us a free dessert AND gave me a gift certificate for our next visit. Any one of those would have been a satisfactory response. It's a good restaurant and I'd recommend it for a nice adult night out.
