I brought many stuff for skin care and they are very good and the price is soooo good as well…but the most thing that i find amazing was the customer service with miss mariam she was very very good… highly recommended

Their hours on Google never match their actual hours (learned this last time, when I showed up and they were closed). I called two weeks ago to ask what time they open on Mondays, the woman says 10AM. I get here today, August 8th, 2022 for 10AM- lights on, doors locked. It’s now 10:12AM, still locked, I’ve tried calling twice and no answer. I drive 25 minutes to get here and I really like their stuff but the way they run their business is poor & disappointing.

Today was my first time at The Cosmetic Company, and all I can say is, wow! The customer service was absolutely incredible. Shereen and Mariam both were very knowledgeable about the products and their use. They were quick to answer any question and it was like shopping with friends. Great atmosphere, 10/10, highly recommend! I will be back!

I love this store it literally is a cheaper version of sephora and shoppers and you will always find something you like with the help of Mariam. She is very knowledgeable on the products and helps out a lot. I really enjoy coming here and getting all the make up I want for literally more than half the price than sephora or shoppers.

Great stuff at great price. I mainly get Jo Malone products, hair care and fragrance (things that shelf life doesn't bother much). If you care, you may wanna check the date before you buy it, because once you bought, everything is final sale, can't exchange or return. Barely any service when the store is busy, however, when the store is not busy, the staff are really nice and friendly. Thank you Shereen for your kind and sweet help!

I love this store so much ! Alyssa is the best is simply the best . She always listens to your need and try to help. She knows her stuff so and shes always on top of it . Always leaves with a smile on my face ! Love the store they have Amazing products !!
