Contacted Drew for a quote on the rebuilding of my veranda stairs with composite treads. Drew responded promptly, came to my house, reviewed my project requirements, and provided me a written, detailed, quote the same day, incorporating a small concrete extension to the support pad. The only delay in my project was the City permitting process, once that was overcome & the permit was issued, Drew's crew was their promptly, and completed the project quickly. Drew's crew are young, motivated, professional, hard working tradesmen. WhalleyWorks did a first quality job on re-shoring my deck, going well beyond just replacing the old structure, building a much stronger base, which the original contractor failed to do. You can count on these guys to do the job right.

Drew/ WhalleyWorks just completed a deck, privacy screen, and privacy fence. They did an excellent job, followed up quickly with any issues or concerns and delivered the project on budget. I would recommend them to anyone. And I’d hire them again, for sure. As someone who can’t cut a sandwich without problems, this was a dream. (The photo of my cattle dog has no actual relevance here, though she studied the project daily).

WhalleyWorks replaced a large back wooden deck for us. We were very pleased with their knowledge and the quality of the new deck.

We would 100% recommend Whalley Works for any project. Drew was quick to respond and easy to deal with. He had no problems meeting at the job site to answer any questions or concerns. I dropped the ball on getting back to him to schedule our decking, then realized we needed it done asap for occupancy. They squeezed us into their already busy schedule. The decking looks great. Some of the edges could have been mitred a bit closer for less of a gap, but it doesn’t bother me enough for it to be an issue. We will definitely use Whalley Works for future projects.

I hired WhalleyWorks to do a concrete hot tub pad and a cedar deck extension. I had an initial plan that I asked Drew to look at. Drew came up with some great modifications which improved the final product. The lead carpenter routinely checked in to make sure the work was meeting expectations and also offered some finishing options that we ended up going with. WhalleyWorks met the timelines that they initially provided and there were no cost overruns. The finished product is fantastic. My family loves our new deck. I have already recommend WhalleyWorks to several friends.
