Value Village

No fitting rooms plus higher and higher prices? No thanks, I'll gladly go elsewhere and actually support something while saving money.Really unfortunate about not having fitting rooms, many people actually need to try things on and many people don't live in Red Deer.Pretty disappointed in the prices for super grungy gross shoes too. Very glad there are other thrift stores in town.

A little high priced for a lot of the items I came across. They should consider lowering their prices as I found quite a few things that were the same price as buying the item new in the store. The fact that the bulk majority of their stock is donated and I don't know for sure but I'm fairly certain they do not have a charity where a portion of the profits go to. Taking that into consideration I think the should rethink their prices a little. But other then that I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Recently I went into Value Village looking for a new wallet and decided to check out the uniform section for scrub tops. I found 3 very cute scrub tops of various sizes that I wanted to try on and asked for a change room. Value Village no longer have change rooms. I then asked for the key to the bathroom and was denied. I am not hiding or trying to walk away without paying for my purchases. The manager then said I could return any of the tops that don’t fit me within Value Village’s 14 day return policy. I don’t live in Red Deer. Rather, I live 45 minutes away in a small town. Returning any ill fitting scrub tops would not work in that 14 day return window. I handed the scrub tops back and left after paying for my new wallet. I will not be back to Value Village.

Good store. Many interesting things. There are dishes, paintings, mirrors, many books, children's toys, jewelry, household items. But most of all it is clothes. Many women's, men's and children's clothes. All things are explored very carefully. I was there on Friday morning. There were a lot of customers.

My favourite thrift store in RedDeer for sure!! Lots of good stuff, Large selection, Ect. I got shoes, some jewelry, and some Trinket boxes! There was alot of items to choose from, some were a little overpriced. Would 1000% go again :)

Value Village Red Deer my most favorite thrift shop or ukay-ukay. so worth-it so alive so historical it just gives me the utmost creepiness and dullness inside.

Good place to find 2nd hand stuff, sometimes brand new never used stuff, good luck there.Also I Love the idea of non profit donation center they have.

I absolutely love Value Village. I know that every time I'm going to come there I find great deals. This time I found toys and clothing and at great prices, all leggings were brand-new and I got them for half price which was five bucks! You can't even get anything for 5 bucks nowadays so going into Value Village sure is to treat. I will definitely return and tell all my friends and family.

Needed a coat real quick, they had what I needed.The new self checkout machines were a surprise and seemed faster than regular checkouts although they're still there.Overall, a great experience.
