Store wasn’t open even though google said it was open. Showed up at 1045 was supposed to be open at 1030, waited till 1100, nobody shows up. Need to update when this business is actually open on google. Waste of time.

I was offered a $35 per month internet + TV plan, and was supposed to message the store employee once I had my internet set up. When I did, my messages were ignored, and my bill ended up being $100 per month, almost 3x of what the store offered/signed me up for. I've never signed anything or had a chance to review the contract, my girlfriend's name is on the plan (who wasn't even present when signing up, somehow this can be done without any signature or official identification. The store recommended doing this for extra discounts"

Don’t bother going here if you’re an existing customer. The woman working here said they only sign up new customers. I’ve been getting the runaround from Koodo online lately and thought an in person visit might help. Not here!

I didn't think it was possible, but Techbox actually makes Shaw/Rogers look good.If you ever get a call from Techbox trying to sell you Telus home services, hang up. Telus will not honor any deals that Techbox may offer you. I called Telus and cancelled the whole thing and told them that they have fraudulent companies like Techbox ruining what ever good name they may have had.Save your money, time and sanity, avoid Techbox at all costs.

Was called over the phone by a sales representative promising a better deal then what I was paying before. The contract was not sent to my email, I had to call Telus Tech support to have the contract sent to me and upon reviewing it was the same amount then I was paying before. Shady Sales tactics, Stay away.

I got an offer from Telus customer service, but it requires me to bring IDs to a store. I went to this store, surprisingly they offered me more discount and the plan suit me better. I appreciate Ryan's patience and efforts. He is really working for customer satisfaction.

I got a call from Mahmoud at Techbox offering me an unbelieveable deal to switch my ISP from Shaw to Telus. The offer was so good, I was sure it was a scam. I called Shaw to see if they could match the offer and they couldn't come close. Against my better judgement, I decided to give Mahmoud a call and go forward with moving my service to Telus. Mahmoud did everything he could to reassure me that the offer was legitimate and I went ahead with the agreement. On the scehduled installation date, the Telus technician arrived at my home on time, spent two hours installing and explaining the equipment and showed me how to navigate the My Telus App. I received an email from Telus confirming the offer made to me by Mahmoud and I have 30 days to try out the service and can cancel with no charge if I'm not satisfied. All this to say, if you're a Shaw customer and are approached by someone from Techbox with a great offer, don't hesitate to take it. This is definitely not a scam and Mahmoud couldn't have been more helpful or informative in all our interactions. I am now a very satisfied Telus client.

I went this store to change the ownership of home internet. They said they cannot do anything, I must go to a store at Metrotown. I went to Metrotown store, they said nowhere can do it, I must do it via phone call. But they still helped me make another account, so I can easy to transfer the ownership. Also, an employee at Metrotown said that this store at Kingsway only focus on the sale, they does not care about customer service.

Terrible serviceTerrible serviceFirst impersonated to be Telus.Got SIM card when asked if it could be activated in a month because I was leaving the country on holidays.Started getting bills from KoodoThought it was a scam so ignored it because I never spoke to them Re getting a mobile plan with them.Got another bill, so called Koodo to ask why I was getting bill when I am not their customer. That’s when they told me that who I had spoken to was not Telus but their sister company Koodo. I was very annoyed that they lied to me to get me in their mobile plan pretending to be Telus.At that time I got them to cancel my account with them asking them to void the bill.They are still billing me now threatening to ruin my credit rating and assign me to the collection agency.This is what I keep gettingWe’ve sent you a few reminders, but we still haven’t received payment on your overdue Koodo account. Your final balance owing is $245.37.Please make a payment ASAP. If we don’t receive payment within 7 days, your account will be assigned to a collection agency. This will negatively impact your credit rating.If you have questions or concerns about your bill, please let us help. Once your account is sent to a collection agency, we will no longer be able to help you.Going to call them again todayKeep you posted
