Worst customer service ever!..I bought a brand name belt ..brought it back because the buckle became tarnished and discolored..which is very unusual .for the amount you pay!.the manager told me their's nothing he can do about it ..was rude on top of it!..I would rather go and shop at Holts where I can get great customer service ..

Dino batzios is excellent at his customer service but the rest of the team doesn't follow, spent around 3000 dollars in 2 weeks but twice couldn't get the right order . Now I m going on holiday and couldn't get the belt I wanted . All the brands they sell can be found elsewhere with certainly a better and consistent service so for the price you pay I suggest you go and support other shops .

It's really unbelievable how a high end store have this poor sales people, I was really disappointed. I asked someone if they have saphir for my lambskin leather jacket, he told me just go to Walmart and buy a bison oil, then he runs away, I had the feeling he was mocking me, terrible service. Snobby arrogant staff. I will definitely never go there again.

We just recently purchased a suit for my sons prom from Harry Rosens and it was the best experience. Our salesman, Simon Gonzalez, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the suit. The end result of the product and service was exceptional. The entire staff is very friendly and professional as well. Definitely returning to Harry Rosens for future purchases. The suit selection is very good, however the service was not good at all when I went. Here's what happened.Had an appointment with an advisor to purchase a suit. When I arrived in store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by anyone. There were 3 employees folding/putting away clothes, we made eye contact but they continued to chat & fold clothes amongst themselves. When I approach them to ask about my appointment, they told me to just wait near the cash. So I waited near the cash for that employee to finish up with a client.With my scheduled advisor, things started off well. I was shown a couple suits, but then I was left on my own while my advisor went to help another customer. He just said I'll be right back" and after 10 minutes of waiting
