I own an auto repair business in Edmonton and had a customer who was having issue with their battery at a site about 2.5 hours away from Ft. Mac and 4 hours away from us in Edmonton. With the help of Paramount Parts we made arrangements to have a replacement sent as close to the site as possible to a willing 3rd party so that our customer could pick up and reduce their down time. Brad and the team went above and beyond by being creative and finding solutions for us and our customer. When the temperatures are this low for this long you really need solution orientated support. Thank you for being there when we needed it!

Would not return a part for refund or credit after correct sizing was assured and even compared with the old part. Bought numerous parts in the past but can't imagine buying any parts here in the future if there is a chance they won't fit. Also employee was dismissive about services offered by Napa online adding to confusion. It's too bad, have had good service from this local business. But will either be OEM or online from now on.

Bought a $200 battery and received $5 off with my AMA discount, I thought the AMA discount was 10% which would be $20 so I questioned the employee. He got very defensive and said the discount amount depends on the item you buy. Showed him the website price which he then tried to tell me that price already has the discount included.I hope the store manager reads this and can provide clarification on what the AMA discount actually is

Called down thismorning looking for a part not very helpful at the counter over the phone ended up cutting the guy short and going elsewhere because the guy I spoke to dident seem like he wanted to help terrible service I have more questions now then I did before I called no knowledge and was not interested in getting me the answers or ordering the part. Ordered on Amazon, shop local theu say haaaaa

I just wanted to thank you for your patience and kindness today. I was in for a mini Cooper battery and my credit card wasn’t working. I had to leave and come back and it was an ordeal. But I just wanted to tell you that I was fixing my mini today to keep busy because my cat passed away on Friday. tomorrow would have been her first birthday. It’s been really difficult and I really wanted to get my Cooper running today to keep myself busy instead of sitting at home in the quiet. Your patience and kindness meant so much to me today.
