It was quick and efficient, and they did some extra things along with the oil change. Tire air check. Filled the washer fluid. Replace a wiper blade which I previously bought but didn't put on. No charge. Friendly service.

I am so happy I stopped into this Mr Lube to get a oil change ! The staff were friendly and soo helpful. Kuldip was so informative and very friendly . When suggesting services he wasn’t pushy but just informative . This is now my new spot for oil change/ tire needs !

I was visiting family in Tillsonburg and hit something on the road. Tire was completely flat. Harsh went to work and tried several methods to figure out the leak. He didn't rush and took his time and the other workers assisted. They spent a long time diagnosing the leak and fixed it. They were amazing. Great customer service and super friendly.

Amazing. I went to get an oil change somewhere else on my way home from work and they informed me I have a small oil leak and they can’t do the oil change. All mechanics were unable to look at my car for 3 weeks except for these amazing guys. They got me out of the vehicle to show me exactly what was wrong with the engine and we’re able to tell me that it is not a serious leak but one that I have to do within the next few weeks so I am able to save up some money. Thank you to these guys and I’ll be back once I need my oil changed again!!

I have come here a few times now. The staff is friendly but they do try to upsell different services for your vehicle. Each oil change takes about 25 to 30 minutes. I was told during my last oil change that the yellowish substance sludge under my cap was because I left my oil change too long and I should flush out the old oil before the oil change. Just so everyone knows, if you drive short distances in the winter consistently and don't allow your vehicle to warm up for an extended period of time, this substance will form on your oil cap. It's not a reason for an oil flush before and oil change.
