I come here semi regularly and have never had a bad experience. They've got what I want and at decent prices. The employees have always been friendly. I enjoy walking around seeing what new products they have in stock and have never felt judged for grabbing only one of an item to bring home and try.

I bought glass jars, they don’t wrap them in paper even newspaper would help, to keep them from breaking, and the male cashier flicked the debit machine at me, he didn’t even say hi, he’s the rudest cashier I ever had to deal with, no gloves either and his finger nails were so dirty and his hair was so greasy and long.. why is he working where there are bins, where his dirty hairs can fall in? You can at least wash your hands or sanitize at some point… they lost me as a customer

I’m not an expert but I think you’re supposed to dry the bins before filling them! They are wet inside and most of the spices are rock hard because of the moisture. And then some spices are mixed half way through? I don’t understand what happen but

This review is based on this location only. This was my first time being to this new location on Thursday July 30. Upon arriving I noticed that they had signs right at the front door forcing all patrons to have a personal shopper accompany them while they do their shopping. I didn’t want to do this of course but decided I would follow the stores protocol (even though it’s not at all government mandated) and the store had at most 10 people in it. After the nice personal shopper joined my wife and I we went down an aisle and started to let her know what we needed. At this point, out of nowhere and older lady that works there yelled out after me in a rude tone of voice and no sort of “please” etc... that I wasn’t allowed my coffee cup in the store. I let her know that I was already in the store and with an employee that never told me anything like that. She said it didn’t matter and I needed to take it out. Obviously annoyed at this point I took my coffee cup to my car, came back, and hurried up our shopping as fast as we could.Bottom line - nobody should be yelled at. Especially over something so simple as having a coffee cup in your store. If you want to get through the pandemic try and have some basic customer service.

I went there today and old lady was working there. She us very rude. I think she is racist. There is a way of talking she should learn that.

Hi ,i usually dont like to put negative reviews about people but i also work as a cashier and i know how to treat customers so today i went to this location near about 3:00 pm and we were treated so bad i cant even imagine like why we were treated so bad by that senior lady who was working as a cashier. She was so rude came to us and took all the boxes from our cart and started saying ohh you cant use boxes and we were like why she was like no no you cant use it we charge extra for them and i was like ok we will pay for it and she threw boxes into our cart.I think she should not treat people like that.

I love bulk barn but this location has the worst customer service. I went in on sunday morning to grab a couple of things. The two women working the till didn't greet me when I came to the counter and continued complaining about their schedule. Didn't skip a beat just continued to complain about other staff and scheduling like I wasn't there.

Wanted 2 items one cashier open waiting on a customer I lined up a safe distance behind for my turn. Another lady lined up behind an empty till. When cashier was free that lady went rushing up and the cashier said to me you need to line up there and indicated where the other woman was. Nothing said where to line up Obviously that woman was a regular customer with many items so they were chatting about many things then there was a price issue which involved talking to another staff I had no more time to wait so left my 2 items on the counter and left. No one even acknowledged me. Won’t go back

Yesterday we were accused of eating candy the first minute being in there. I just ended up feeling appalled and dismayed the whole day after that. I walked into this location to shop for candies because we are in a xmas committee, we come from hours away to bring people business.. We were just so happy finding holiday themed candy and that encounter just drained our spirits.
