Fantastic place! Great food, views and amazing service, the Fish and Duck has been the highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island. Highly recommended.

First and last time visiting. Ordered chicken wings, nachos and 2 piece fish and chips. Chicken wings were decent. Nachos were soggy and missing ingredients - terribly plated. Fish meat was good, batter was burnt and inedible. Environment didn’t feel clean, windows were rotten with many dead bugs and dirt buildup. Drinks were cold lol, that’s a plus. Servers were also nice and polite. Manager was nice enough to chat with us before we left. Super disappointed as we were so excited to try this place for the first time…

A bit out of the way, nice patio overlooking the lake. Mars bombers are located on the lake. Food looked good but I did not try.House boats right there.July 2021. Still a great place. Had an awesome lunch. Looks Ike a recent reno.

Quiet and casual, nice view. Looking across the lake at the Martin Mars water bomber while enjoying a 'Bomber Burger' lol, delicious. Dessert was great as was the locally brewed ale.

Beautiful location on the lake, great food and perfect atmosphere for a meal out. Also learned that the Fish & Duck rent out houseboats and other boats/ kayaks for great prices. Will definitely be returning!

I had the privilege to dine here twice in the past week. Beautiful views along with the friendly, accommodating staff made each visit pleasant and definitely worth repeating! The food was great and I highly recommend the potato skins and grilled Cali burger.

Great spot to eat on the way to Tofino and the food was very good. Great views from the patio looking across the lake to the Martin Mars Bomber base. Was even able to get a sugar free margarita.

I absolutely love this place! It’s so nice to come to after a day on the lake! The service is always great and the food is amazing. Such a great spot! Definitely recommend !

Unmatched, captivating viewscape from the patio deck...snow-capped mountain views, gorgeous lake views, deep green forests, plus marina and boater activity...arrive by paddleboard, kayak, canoe, power or sale (or vehicle, bike, or ebikes) and enjoy craft brews along with your meal and the views...

Service was bad, wasn't even offered a glass of water, and the fish, in the fish and chips, was doughy, under cooked. Wanted my mac bites to be an appetizer, but both came within a couple of minutes of each other. Even informed the server. In short, will not return, wouldn't recommend
