Grayspec Home Inspection Services

Ive never needed a home inspection before. I took a chance with Jason since i couldnt find any reviews, but his website and qualifications seemed promising. Im so glad i did because the inspection was so thorough! A 40 page, detailed, summary of everything/anything he could find in the duplex i was looking to buy.After receiving the report he called me and went over everything in detail.100% worth every penny. Thanks to him we've purchased this house without a worry!Will be using him for all future inspections!!

We couldn't be happier with Grayspec's home inspection. Jason has practical experience in residential construction, and that came through in his walkthrough, advice and report. We received a clear and thorough report, which we've been using as a task list to ensure the proper maintenance of our 1890s home. During the walkthrough, he explained how I can address the issues as a new homeowner. He found an issue with the furnace that would have been a surprise cost/risk if we had not identified it before our purchase. I highly recommend his services!
