The employee's at the Leamington store are friendly, curtious, helpful & knowledgeable about the products that are within the store. The store is always clean & the isles are clear of clutter. I had to return a pair of steel toed rubber boots but I unfortunately lost my receipt. That wasn't an issue because when I made the purchase, I opted to have a copy of the receipt sent to my email, which is a great idea & I was able to return the boots without a problem.

The associate at Mark's was both polite and friendly. He helped locate the steel toe shoes I required for work. I must have tried on four pairs. He was patient and told me to take my time and go ahead and walk around in them.

Staff could stare a little less, and not follow around as much. Decided to not buy anything. I'll stay buying with my hometown essex store.
