Called 8am on a Monday, their only truck was broken, said it would be fixed by PM and picked up late afternoon, no call. Called back said it would be fixed on Tues. No call, not picked up on Tues. Called 3x on Wed, no answer, called the dealership, manager tells me the tow truck is out of service for a long time waiting for parts or something. Could have had the decency to call me and tell me. Stuff happens but I run a company out of this truck and wasted 2 days. Wards towing did the job lickety split, call them if you need a tow.
