I grew up in RP and never ever had any problems with CTCs telephone service. A great team, well run and in business since the turn of the 20th Century. It takes extreme dedication and a willingness to go the extra mile to stay in business that long. Many many satisfied customers, including the Vanderbeeks at 15 Pearl St RP, NY from 1957 until 2009.

The wifi is just so terrible it feels as if someone in the company is manually turning off and on the internet. Beginning of every period the internet goes out. Made me late for attendance. About to win a game and then the internet goes out, made me lose the game. Usually internet goes out every 2-10 minutes. For $50...download speed 13.5mbps, upload speed 0.38mbps...disappointing. Use spectrum or xfinity and pay cheaper, with like 40mbps download and 20mbps upload, way faster.

I called on Monday because we have a crackling sound and hard to hear. Called me back at 3:11 to say someone would be coming no one showed up and I called Tuesday afternoon no one showed up. I called Wednesday morning and still waiting for someone.

Always helped right away and they always call me back the next business day if I leave a message. Switching to fiber optic was the best decision my mom and I had made. Had a few hiccups when it was first being installed but now I wouldn't go back to dsl or dial up every again.

Experiencing yet another outage which as of this time has lasted 2 plus days with no resolution and it happens all the time. Writing this review off my cell phone at that is the only way I can get on the internet, yet again.

this is the worst company i have seen i have dealt with many in my 35 years they do not show up when they say they will they are rude disrespectful threaten and always blame the issue on there customers they have changed my billing date 3 times
