Had wonderful service from Zane last week buying a bed platform. He was very helpful and really listened and found just the right item to meet the needs. The delivery system was excellent. Ben and Brandon were very flexible as the timing had to be changed. They came right on time and were great to work with. All around excellent service from the Brick staff.

Tony Zanon was wonderful to deal with, very informative, respectful, nice manner. Showed us options, took note of how big our space was,elaborated on features we might enjoy and offered any assistance he could provide if problems arise.He booked our delivery and made notes to the delivery people to make it clear what we wanted. We are so happy with how it went and our new appliances look fabulous!

Went in because I had been invited to the vip sale day and went just to see what they had for mattresses. Well after having John V talk to me about several different options I finally found one that would suit my needs as I have a bit of a bad back and it was 50% off a $3999.99 mattress and I had financing available through flexiti and was able to get the mattress and a reclining base for just $84/month and 0% interest. Can't wait to have it delivered and start sleeping better, with any luck.Thank you John.

I went in today to look for a new bed with my friend, and they told me to put my bag in customer care because I am a teenager, they didn’t ask anyone else around with a bag “adults” I get because I’m a teenager I get stereotyped but I wasn’t doing anything wrong. When I was looking at the beds a man came up to us and told us to stop horsing around or we would have to leave. We were doing what every other person in the store was doing and they didn’t get mad at them. And they followed us around the hole time. I felt quite targeted… such sad do better.

We have been visiting Brick, Langford a couple of times to finalize our couch, accent chairs, dining table and bed.. Lamiya Y has helped us throughout in making the right choices and answering all our questions patiently! She made us feel so comfortable and allowed us our own pace in taking our decisions.. Within one year of purchasing my out door patio sectional the seat cushions had already started ripping. Kept under a cover when not in use and maybe used 20 times.Within one year of purchasing aIndoor sleeper storage sectional the seams had started to rip open.Two adults both working professionals no kids.Not hard on our stuff at all.Had the indoor couch replaced under warranty.Which took 6 months to get a replacement so we lived with a ripped open couch for 6 months.Finally received new couch and it squeaks and the support in the cushions is sagging I’m sure we were given a defective replacement.Just shy of $4000 spent on the two items and within two years we are already replacing them. Couch’s should last on average of 7-15 years I got 1 yearEven if we had bought the extended warranty it would have only guaranteed that we own these items for a a very short while longer before they ended up in the landfill and paid even more money.The bricks quality has gone tumbling downhill and I would not recommend them or there products to anyone. Their staff can also be highly aggressive with their sales.Trying to upsell with extra items like fabric protectors extended warranties coverage for financing,Extra accessories the list goes on be prepared to spend a lot of money on low quality furniture.
