I retained Walker Head for my Will using Andrew Felker.When my Ex-Wife informed me that we were separating in October 2019 I contacted Walker Head and Ali Chaudary was assigned to my case.Ali was very efficient and timely at our meetings and helped negotiate a Separation Agreement in August 2020 which was amicable for my ex-wife and I.I retained Ali in December 2020 for the divorce. I retained Walkerhead to challenge an employment related financial settlement. This was my first time pursuing litigation so I did not have prior experience with a law firm much less litigation. I felt that Walkerhead showed patience with my inexperience, and walked me carefully through matters as they developed. They were quite capable to step up the urgency or manage the pace in some other way that seemed appropriate. Essentially I felt I received thorough, professional and conscientious treatment throughout this process. Lakshana handled my case.

I'm giving this law firm 4 stars because we originally did not have a great experience with this law firm. We had our title insurance for our home done with a law clerk at that firm who unfortunately made many errors in the document, and did not correct those errors effectively. So, I put a Google review up that reflected that experience. The next day I received a call from Paul, a lawyer at the firm, who apologized and wanted to make things right with us. He was polite & professional and had the title insurance document re-done. We just received it today and my husband and I are extremely happy with how things finally turned out. Lesson I learned is when you're not happy with the service you receive, you should contact the lawyer over seeing that service and not just leave it to the law clerks to get it right.

There is a significant gap in family law when it comes to understanding and assisting when one parent alienates their children against the other. Mr. Goddard claims to be well aware of these issues, yet as a mediator/arbitrator seems grossly under qualified in assisting. After 3 1/2 years of struggling to save my relationship with my daughter, and desperately trying to use him with the mediation/arbitration process, he simply walked away without reason or justification leaving me and my lawyer dismayed. I am still alienated from my daughter, and now must use the court process. Time is critically important in saving the children in these cases, and this is shameful, I’m addition to a waste of money and time. I would suggest you stay away from using Mr. Goddard to help with your Family law issues.

My experience has been beyond pathetic. They took our case at the start of 2020 and they have done absolutely zero for us. Months of delayed contact finally to advise us of no progress, poor acknowledgment of their short comings and promised action followed by complete silence again. I have made multiple attempts to call and email and get zero responses from my representing lawyer or his legal team. Zero update, zero progress, zero response. This review is in attempt to get their attention because this is pathetic.

I truly appreciate the care and support received from all the staff at Walker Head, especially Ray Goddard and Ali Chaudary. They were always available to answer questions and make sure I'm aware of all steps. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their compassion sets them apart from any other firm I’ve dealt with in the past. They helped me through a very difficult time with the most straightforward approach possible. I highly recommend them!
