I would give them a 0" if there was one for their pharmacy service. Mostly the pharmacist that a "very" rude!!

Yvonne in the beauty station was wonderful!!! Super sweet and helpful! Helped me get more for my money and an even a better product. Thank you so much! Put a smile on my face! Started my weekend off right. I glad I held off getting this product until I passed through Napanee! Thank you so much!

This is a very good Shoppers Drug Mart. They routinely open extra tills when line ups form, staff are friendly and the store is well-stocked.

Up until this weekend we have always had nothing but good things to say about Napanee Shoppers. My other half has been on the same regime of medications for several years and renewed by the pain clinic every few months nothing ever changes. We have had problems in the past with the pain clinic not renewing the prescriptions on time and the pharmacist has always renewed them as it is very clear the meds have not changed and are renewed every 30 days. Unfortunately this weekend the meds were due Saturday and the pain clinic hadn’t faxed the renewal and because some of the meds are narcotic pain meds he wouldn’t even give him enough until the DR office opened Monday morning which they have done in the past. I know this is at his discretion but he can clearly see the routine of the meds and can see nothing has changed in many many months. Of course the pharmacist, the receptionist and the pain DR aren’t in pain or sick, they’re going on with their weekend no problem. This is unacceptable!! I could see it if the pain meds were a one time thing and someone was just looking for more, I agree shouldn’t do it. They want to give the pharmacist permission to prescribe meds for minor ailments, better give them some compassion first!!

I used to shop here a lot, but I don't go anymore. The clerks in the cosmetics section are very nice, but all the pleasant older clerks on the front checkouts are gone, and they have mainly self checkouts, which I do not like.The manager was rude to me when I asked about limits on a sale item, and when I asked if I could return the next day and buy the limit of 4, which was not shown in the flyer, or by a sign in the store, he said no, and told me they had the right to set limits, and it said that somewhere in the flyer. It was not a pleasant experience. The next day I travelled to another store and bought several, with no one telling me I could not buy 8 at one time. There are lots of good places to shop in Napanee besides Shoppers Drug Mart. I also stopped using the PC Financial Mastercard to get points, and switched to another card that also gives me points. I do not need Shoppers Drug Mart in Napanee , nor am I impressed with their No Frills Store.

I find this overall to be a very good shoppers. I did find it to be a bit crowded at times which bugged me due to pandemic. Otherwise it is very clean and the staff are lovely. I’ve only ever had one rude cash lady. The rest have been kind. The make up ladies are great at their jobs and super helpful. Pharmacy can always help me they just need a little patience sometimes.

The girl who was working cosmetics today around 2:30-3:00 was absolutely amazing and helpful with me while I was choosing some makeup. She greeted me immediately, she was dressed very well, her makeup looked amazing and she knew exactly what to recommend to me! Wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognized!

The Pharmacy has gone down hill since the pandemic. My youngest daughter was sick during it and we went to have her medicine filled. We came to pick it up, I paid for it and went back to my car. I opened up the bag and it looked weird, so I googled it. It was glaucoma medicine. I was shocked and marched right back in to the store and confronted the pharmacy. She said, Oh this isn't for your daughter?" No

Very unsatisfactory pharmacy services.Refill paperwork somehow does not get received even when verified it has been sent.Every single time we have tried to pick up a prescription, either the prescription was not received or they claim we have never had a medication through them, or it is not ready.The staff are super friendly, I find my main issue is the lack of regard from certain pharmacy staff and that I have to fight tooth and nail to even get a prescription filled, or go cold turkey off medication. However, both store staff and pharmacy assistants are great.Calling Shoppers Customer Service gets me no where, being on hold for over an hour. I’ve also emailed Shoppers Customer Service and have no reply.
