Pinnacle Pool

Took almost a month to have a new liner and pump put in. There was a HUGE mess left behind from opening the pool". Horrible communication from the company. Would not reccomend them."

I have been using Thomas and his crew for many years now, and I would not trust any other company but Pinnacle Pool. Not only is Thomas extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of pools/spas but is also a super nice guy. Would not hesitate to recommend Thomas to anyone. Thank you for all you do for us Thomas. Thomas at Pinnacle Pool is fantastic. I've been using his services for pool opening and closing as well as general maintenance for the past 6 years. On his first visit 6 years ago, he was gracious enough to walk me through the basics of pool maintenance which I had no idea about.Him and his team are thorough professionals.

Thomas and his colleague (sorry, I forget his name!!) came out to close our pool this past weekend. Unfortunately on the day they were meant to come, they experienced some unforeseen weather delays and weren't able to come as planned. Credit to Thomas, he called once he knew, apologized and then worked around my schedule the following day to ensure that I could be there at the time they did it (as I'd requested that).They were both lovely guys and took the time to walk me through how it was done (and why they did certain things the way they did), while still completing the job in a very time-efficient manner. They were a very competitive price, and even performed some added extras that my local pool shop didn't. Thomas seemed very knowledgeable and has left me feeling confident that there won't be any problems when I open the pool in the spring. But he made it clear that I shouldn't hesitate to call him if I do have any questions or concerns, which was very reassuring.Would have no hesitation recommending Thomas and his company. I have used Pinnacle for opening and closing my pool for years. They always show up on time and do great work. Very reliable.

Had both opening and closing done with Thomas the past 3 years (since we moved into the house). The guys have done a thorough job each time - they're reliable, on-time, knowledgeable and very fair in price. We've had a couple of small pool issues which he's addressed/fixed right away for us. I will be in touch with Thomas again next pool season.

First year with Pinnacle pool and I am very impressed! They came today to open my pool in Whitby. They were very professional, thorough, honest and offer very fair pricing. They even got my heater running that had stopped working last summer. These guys were fantastic. I will only be dealing with Pinnacle pool from now on.

This year I had to call Thomas to fix the leak around pool heater/ filter area.
