What a terrific service The Blade Doctor offers! Gabriel appeared on time at my front door, took my knives and sewing shears into his van parked in the driveway and within half an hour returned them sharp as can be. So convenient and very reasonable rates. No longer any reason to have dull tools!

Terrific service. Made an appointment and he came to our house on time and did the work in his truck. Twenty minutes later our knives came back better than new. Highly recommended.

I have had Gabriel sharpen saw blades, yard tools, hunting knives, and kitchen knives. The result on all of them has better than factory edge. I couldn't reccomend him enough.

Five stars all the way! I’m a dog groomer and my grooms come out absolutely wonderful. He sharpens to perfection and they last me a long time. His prices are reasonable and he is essential. So glad I found the “Blade Docter”.

Ive had Gabriel sharpen all our kitchen and utility knives, scissors and shears for 3 years now. His work is impeccable and he can repair the blades also. I used to take them to a flea market and have to wait a week to get them back. Gabriel has a nice set up and will come to your house to do the work or he has a shop in Balston Lake. Plus he is a very polite and respectful gentleman! You won’t be disappointed.

Used to love the blade doctor. But according to this website he has been over charging me along with my co works. Also has been blaming us for tools that have come back to us in worse shape the. When we have him then to sharpen and we haven’t used those tool yet other then to test them out. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is at least he came back and tried to fix the tools he messed up. We still not 100% happy with those tools we got back.

Absolutely fantastic work, my knives are sharp AF! Gabe was super cool and did an incredible job with my Miyabi knives. The man knows his stuff. 10/10 will call again.
