Consistent gem in a lesser known strip mall food court. Always fresh and fast. Prices have crept up but it is still acceptable. Other restaurants around have come and gone but they still remain. Menu is not overly complicated but they offer lots of flexibility with the ingredients you want.

Generic beef based broth used in beef-less item such as fish ball noodles. But no worries if you order their beef noodles. Beef is their speciality. Their beef is tender and flavourful. Brisket and tendon almost melt in your mouth , minimal chewing needed. 4 fish balls and 4 sliced fish cake in my flat rice noodle bowl for $12.99. Included condiments: cup of tea, house-made chill sauce. Options: added radish and / or additional protein for a price.Soup contains added green onion & preserved “dong choi’. Ask to skip if not desired.I hope this long time HK style noodle shop will stay despite of the pressure from inflation and shortage of labour.

Love their beef innards rice noodle soup (Chap Hor). Broth is clear, tasty and doesnt not have that MSG aftertaste. Quality is consistent which is why I keep going back.Their beef brisket is worth a try as well, not overly fatty like other places. Beef is tender and flavourful. I usually order beef brisket with flat wide yellow noodle (Cho Mein)in soup.Truly a hidden gem!

It is really disappointing and yet the service is really bad. When I made an order ask not to include beef lung, but turns out he gave me almost full bowl of beef lung! And the price is not worth it. I will not recommend anyone to come here but to go try other places in Richmond.

I haven't been back since covid but my memory of their flat rice noodle is like eating fluffy clouds. Their beef offal noodle is my favorite, always generous in quantity and quality. I look forward to the day I will come back to your store. These guys truly are masters of their trade.Yes price was expensive for a joint in a mall but well worth the price because literally nobody does their noodles like them. Truly unique.

The best beef rice noodle soup there is! If you're feeling adventurous and willing to try something different, you must try this! They really try to keep everything authentic Chinese, and I LOVE coming to this place because their beef is SO flavorful and is tender enough to melt in your mouth. They also have a selection of beef innards in rice noodles (which is amazing, especially beef tendons!), otherwise, their beef brisket noodle soup is highly recommended. They also specialize in snake soup, which was delicious as well. Great value and price.
