But sad to say, they gleefully joined with TELUS and refuse to accomadate an issue about existing warranties, that yes, both were in place, fully paid for. Well, if you show the item is a Lemon, everything else involved with the product was satisfactory. It's amazing how many people do not know the meaning" of LEMON

He made adjustments and gave me two suggestions as to how to proceed. When the first method didn't work, I went back to him and he worked wonders with the second.Such congenial help is rare, and very much appreciated. Thanks!

They advised me a cost of repair for about $250, only to send me an email 2 days later saying that the cost was now $350. No reason, just oops we gave you the wrong price. I have had the same repair done elsewhere multiple times over the years and it's never cost more than $300. The fact that they can change the price on a whim tells me this company does not deserve good faith by their customers. I will be looking elsewhere for a honest company.

I had 2 old phones to sell, for both of the phones, I was quoted top price of $140. I went to Dr Phone Fix, and for both phones, they offered $280. Don't sell your phones at mobile klinik, they rip you off

The camera and mic were not working on my S20FE which was still under warranty. The samsung phone service sent me to the experience store. They kept my phone for 3 days and said they can not repair it under warranty because it has a bend in it and I have to pay for it!!! My phone was flat and in perfect condition physically, it had absolutely no bend. One of the girls working there laid the phone on the table and tipped my phone with her finger and said see it is not straight, I then told her, yes of course it will wiggle because of the camera that sticks out on the back?!?!?!?!?! They lied and refused to fix it.They send phones to repair to the Mobile Klinik which is also in the southgate mall.After dealing with Samsung Experience, I went to the Mobile Klinik and asked the employee who diagnosed my phone if he can explain to me how there is a bend in it. He then put my phone screen down on a table and twisted it. My phone kept turning, and he said that this is how you can tell that the phone is bent.Next, I went to the place where I bought my phone, I told them the story. I asked them if I can see a S20FE and try to turn it, and it kept turning too. It has nothing to do with a bend!Mobile Klinik and Samsung Experience are shamelessly lying to their customers!The place where I bought my phone sent my phone to their repair center and they said that the motherboard needed to be changed. It took about 4 weeks, but they fixed my phone within warranty, and now my phone is working beautifully again. They did not say anything about a bend and they did not try to somehow get me to pay, they were honest and did the right thing.(I bought my phone from the Virgin kiosk at Costco

My screen was completely unresponsive and I went in to see if I could fix it or at least transfer the photos from the phone. They quoted me $250 to replace the screen (it wasn't visibly damaged) or $70 to transfer the data to a new phone. I decided to transfer the data because it was an old phone anyways but they had to temporarily" fix the screen to be able to do the data transfer. The screen now works perfectly and I don't understand why they couldn't have just fixed it like that for less than $250. They didn't diagnose the issue before quoting the price which ultimately made me waste a ton of money on a new phone.Also if you come here

They were so kind and sweet. I came in for a screen repair and they were able to get the screen fixed no time only took 1 hour and 30 mins. I loved how they were able to help and did it with which efficiency. Would definitely recommend coming here for anyone phone repairs and phone needs.
