Shannon and Jerry, the Funeral Directors that assisted me were extremely friendly and courteous, and I can't thank them enough for how straightforward and sincere there were. They explained everything simply and clearly, all of their pricing was clear, up-front, and they even honoured the price-matching promise on their website. They also went above and beyond to print for me forms that would have been difficult for me to find and fill out myself, like the CPP death benefit form, even with their most basic cremation service package. The embalming was done perfectly, and the chapel location of the identification was beautiful. I am entirely satisfied with their service in every way, and recommend the Halifax Regional Crematorium to anyone and everyone that is looking for affordable, experienced, and high quality service.
