Came here looking for a pair of jeans and one of the staff, Roger, was extremely helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for, asked all the right questions, gave the right amount of space and gave a few nice recommendations of his own. He was very attentive and nice.

Went in to get a dress shirt to match a Gucci Tie and suit. And a young woman (possibly Asian in the early 20's with black hair) helped me in the Men's Eton dress shirt section. Warm and welcoming. She even stopped folding to ensure I got the help I needed and alerted Marco Barba the Brand Stylist to get a tailored fit. Thank you to both sales representatives who displayed high care service, company integrity and knowledgeable on the product. I bought an Eton shirt for around $300. And picking it up this upcoming Monday for my perfect fit.I visited Boxing day 2022 at 4pm. I was measured and tailored. And tried the clothing in a very clean and sanitized changing room. Came in to the store wanting to exchange a pair of shoes purchased online. Mark M promptly assisted and provided me with exceptional service. Mark was extremely knowledgable and professional. Left the store with the most comfortable pair of shoes I ever tried on. Highly recommend.

Anything you need from this store find Norman Wong! I quickly went in on my lunch, I was dress down, very casual, walked in and was not greeted by the associate at the entrance (maybe the person didn't work there, looked like they did though) at the time but as I was quickly walking to look for what I needed, Norman looked up from what he was doing and greeted me. He provided quick and excellent service which is what anyone is looking for!

I recently visited Harry Rosen and while the store offers a wide selection of high-quality clothing and accessories, I must admit that the prices were quite steep. While I understand the brand's commitment to luxury and superior craftsmanship, I found it difficult to justify the high price tags for everyday items. While the customer service was attentive and the ambiance was pleasant, I ultimately left the store feeling a bit discouraged by the price point. If you're willing to splurge for premium fashion, Harry Rosen might be worth a visit, but for those on a tighter budget, it may be wise to explore more affordable options.

My wife was in there recently to buy my first Father’s Day gift from our 4 month old daughter. She told me that the sales person was very rude to her because she visited the store with my daughter. I tell you with absolute certainty that my daughter will be taking her Father’s Day purchases elsewhere in the future and I will never buy another stitch of clothing from Harry Rosen as long as I live. Happy Father’s Day everyone.
