I ORDERED A BAKED POTAOE n SOUR CREAM Z AND LARGE CHILLIE IN THE DRIVE THRU. GOT HOME TO A SMALL CHILLIE AND NO SOUR CREAM FOR MY POTATO no hot sauce for chilie :( A new girl was on but im dissapointed i couldnt eat my baked potaoe.

Very slow drive through service this past Sunday. 20 or more minutes in line. Then Buddy gave us our meal but no straws. Fantastic. Usually a decent trip through

Pretty friendly staff - patient as people in my car weren't used to ordering frm Wendy's. One our order was up and ready, we were set for the road. A positive experience overall for our dinner on the road.

Absolutely perfect food, the servers were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms were being cleaned constantly *as it was very busy* The lady cleaning was very friendly and accommodating. We always enjoy Wendy's in Renfrew. Food is always top notch!

I asked for my online order , but employee said online orders were not working and I would have to call head office to cancel it. I had to order and pay again ( so I've been charged twice for a 35$ order) emailed head office. But no reply or refund. Dont use the online app !

Waited an hour for food indoors, with only five people in front of me. They clearly prioritize drive thru and mobile orders. Won’t be back
