The staff here is very helpful. I haven't had a chance to buy jewelry. They fix your jewelry that is broken. I am looking forward to buying from here.

Unfortunate to say, but the staff was very condescending to me and my partner, both separately, on seperate occaisions. Seems to me you'd have to be dressed in a Gucci suit to be treated with respect right off the bat. When she realized I was coming in with something of value their attitude changed, which upset me more, I'd rather be disrespected consistently! I suppose, if there's a next time, I won't go in in my work clothes. We're Human Kind, Be Both.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent quality and excellent prices. The store owner does exceptional custom work as well. 3D printer and laser welding capabilities make this one of the best jewelry shops in all of Midwest Ontario in my opinion. I had my purchase appraised by a third party for much higher than what I paid, which makes me very happy. Definitely will be returning!

Duane is amazing, he worked with me to redesign and recreate my engagement ring (it was way too big and couldn’t be sized down enough without damaging the stones) he was so easy to communicate with and was very patient with changing little details! My ring is absolutely beautiful, I receive so many compliments on it. I’m currently working with Duane to now design and create a wedding band. I trust Duane and Wholesale jewellers with my jewelry and have no doubts about how incredible the work they do is. I’ll never shop anywhere else ! I’d give 10/5 stars.Also my ring got double appraised at 50k which is more then we paid. Very happy customer!

Okay so extremely disappointed today, so I bought 2 rings from wholesales jewelry Goderich, and I have recently moved too a city and, went too appraise my rings for future knowledge, and first thing they tell me is that my rings put togeather are only worth a $1000 bucks, and I paid for 1 $2100 and the second ring was $2000 brought from wholesale jewelry in Goderich,, so I'm feeling pretty ripped off, yes the atosmosphere was amazing there, the people are great story tellers,,, cause I feel like I've been in swindled by them...
