Can't even begin to describe how awesome these guys are. I've been having issues with my truck for months and no one has been thorough enough to get it figured out, until CIC. Bryce was extremely helpful, drove my truck over to my work, brought me a loner vehicle, called me to keep updated on progress...all the works of great customer service. Although my truck still needs some work, I have no doubt these guys will do a great job!

Had to get new tires for my truck. Kelly was awesome and got me right away while also providing some knowledge and information on what I should go with. Extremely happy with the service aswell as how my truck drives with some new tires and a fresh alignment.Thank you !

Awesome service and quality!! I showed up on a Wednesday looking for a somewhat rare wheel, they has the exact wheel I wanted by Friday, I showed up at noon and had a meeting at 2pm. Everyone was on lunch so Bryce the general manager at the shop and another tech cut their lunch short to get my wheels swapped/balanced and mounted so that I could make my meeting and have the wheels on by the weekend. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Thanks again!-Mitch

Hard to believe I am writing a 5 star review to a car repair shop as it's usually a frustrating and negative experience but I can honestly say that my experiences at CIC over the last few years have been nothing but positive which is what has led me to finally share with all of you. The whole team at CIC have been nothing but honest, polite, dependable, and professional every time they are needed. The work is always superior and the turn-around time is definitely within reason. The Owner is a great guy and really loves cars and helping people out which is refreshing to see. We've taken our Jeep Wrangler and Toyota Tacoma to them few times recently for some trickier issues and they've diagnosed and repaired quicker than I expected. They do a great job of communicating to their customers which is rare in this industry. Highly recommend!

I have used CIC customers several times over the years and always receive premium service and quality work. They stand by there work, although I have never had any issues I truly feel if I did they would take care of me. Thank you for the years of taking care of my trucks.

The fellows at OK Tire Dilworth are awesome. For sucha busy shop they are extremely personable and really make you feel welcome and part of the process of getting your vehicle fixed. They are very reasonable on price. they are not just a shop that says oh you need a whole new this. They are true mechanics that take pride in their work and it shows!! I would and have recommended this place to family and friends very respectful young men working at the front and the mechanics got things done in a timely manner and my cars not the easiest to fix.
