I brought in a watch to have the battery replaced and a few kinks taken out of the band. Expected to just drop it off and come back another day. Bryce came out and helped me, and decided to get it done right away. Great customer service, worth coming back to do business. Definitely recommend.

We had custom rings done that didn't follow the design we agreed on, took a year and a half instead of a few months to make, and the worst communication I've ever had from a business. We had to hound them to get the rings done before I moved away. They went from a store I loved and would highly recommend, to a store I won't be shopping at again.

Great place to purchase or have repairs done. Very friendly and helpful staff, large stock of very reasonably priced jewellry, Zippo lighters and giftware. This is my second visit here to have repairs done and I took my grandson with me. He was so impressed he bought a gift for his girlfriend & a lighter for himself. Worth a visit (even if only to see the BEAUTIFUL dog who lives there)!
