Tahni Fornes Counselling & Coaching
Tahni is a fantastic mentor and counselor; from my first session with her I was touched by her gentle mannerism, insights, and genuine compassion, but I also appreciate that she is straightforward and direct when needed. She has helped me tremendously through some difficult times and her somatic teachings have been valuable in my everyday life. Tahni is a great person to have on your team and I would recommend her to anyone who struggling, especially with past trauma and nervous system disregulation.
