Had some lights set aside for me to pickup for my JD skid steer. Made time in my very busy schedule to drive out to this location from my office in Nisku and was told the lights aren't in stock and only one out of the two were able to be fulfilled. No record of an order placed in anyone's name for what was discussed. Parts employee at the desk did what he could, but was also unwilling to go talk to the parts salesman who had taken the initial order to see if there was something not entered in the system or if there was an error on his end. I was at least hoping to find out what had happened before i had to leave, but this was apparently not on the table. A second light is being brought in, but with the amount of time and distance it takes to get to this location (that was initially recommended to me) i am quite uninterested in continuing business here if this is what my first experience is like. Quite dissatisfied and the location felt quite disorganized at least in the parts department. I would suggest having any parts orders confirmed to be in stock before driving out, but apparently that is not enough to ensure what you order is actually available.
