Absolutely worst tim Hortons ive been to by far, they cant seem to get any food orders correct. Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 things, drove 5min away to notice one item was made with wrong meat, went back to fix, then went home to find the second item was wrong aswell. Dosent have working nunber to call, absolutely terrible experience & definitely wont be coming back.

So disappointed, it feels like all Tim Hortons are fading. Once again this Time had a supply issue of no stock in their bakery department. Perhaps they have too many items on their menu that franchisees can't keep up? Always better to stick to the roots. It's a shame. Coffee was ok, but I don't really recommend this place.

Unbelievable… no one called the order number, they made 3 cups of coffee ( only 1 was mine) and left unattended on a side counter. Very irresponsible service.

Older lady needs retraining knows nothing about making drinks. Used to be a regular here but not anymore. Very bad attitude also.

Very busy at the Pen Centre. I tried the new savoury pastry. It was ok, but the flavour was not for me. I went to use the scan and pay and they couldn't get it to work, I said I have never had a problem before. They asked me to pay separately I said just cancel the order because all the money I had was on the app. They had someone else come and they scanned it differently so it would work. If I go again I will bring cash or a physical Tim's card.

Mc Donald's wouldn't serve me on my scooter through the drive thru was very hungry and I was able to get a coffee to hold me down until I could get food at home, thanks

Tables are dirty, I don't think they get cleaned. Sat at one table and it appeared that someone spit on it.

In the heart of the Pen Centre. Tim's offers that quick break you need when you're pursuing that deal for new Nike's. Tim's offers coffee of course, but also donuts, sandwiches, soup and cold drinks. With seating and great customer service, it's the place for your caffeine refilled.
