I am disgusted by Craig Fourie. I have worked with Craig several times in the past, and he was always hard to get in touch with and slow to respond for the most part, but he did get the job done and did help me. That was absolutely not the case this most recent time I needed his help. He specifically told me that he would “get it done” (processing my lab results) as a rush order as he knew I needed it ASAP (before I moved into a new place.It has now been three weeks and he has completely ghosted me. I have been calling, texting, and emailing and he absolutely refuses to respond to me. I have even had my mom try him from her number in case there was something wrong with mine. At first I thought maybe something was wrong personally with him and I didn’t want to be too harsh, for example if he had had some kind of family emergency. But in calling him regularly his voicemail has filled up and then been emptied out three times. Which tells me he is looking at and listening to all of my messages and ignoring me. Disgusting behaviour from a so-called businessman and I cannot fathom why.

Craig and the team at mr natural are thorough, diligent and honest. Their pricing is fair especially considering it is well worth investing in one's health particularly when dealing with potential mold issues. They do not cut corners and take the time necessary to get the job done properly yet still in a timely fashion. Craig was very clear, concise and meticulous in explaining the nature of the issues we were experiencing as well as the steps of the process that best suited our needs. Clearly, Craig is a brilliant professional with an astute understanding of mold-related issues that includes high level of skill but also ventures straight into the realm of gifted talent. Our mold situation was very severe and has seriously impacted our health and so it was necessary to seek the very best available in the field and that is what led me to Craig at mr natural. If you need someone on your side that excels in their scientific knowledge of environmental engineering then you have found the right place. We will return to Craig and mr natural should we ever need further services related to this area and there is zero hesitation in recommending their services thanks to receiving top-notch service.

I spoke with Craig as i suspected a botched spray foam (fish smell) job and was panicking thinking i may need to do testing via his company. Craig was outstanding, supportive, helpful and spent a considerable amount of time with options. He was kind, helpful and followed up several times during a time of serious need. I cant thank him enough.

Worst customer service I ever encountered. Called to ask a few questions and to understand a mold report he did for a rental property. Not only was Craig arrogant, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Made uncalled for comments, stereotyping and discriminating against landlords, because he's dealt with thousands" of us absent

I had a service set up with Craig Fourie... I had to reschedule the service and when I did, Craig completely ghosted me... he ignored my calls and multiple emails and voicemail. I was polite in each email and voicemail and I deserved a response... my advice to anyone is use a more reliable company these guys are a waste of time.

I reached out to Mr. Natural after a flood in my home. The flood was in May. I knew he was busy because I had been interested in getting samples done even before the flood (humidity after the atmospheric rivers). I rent, so am limited in the invasive work I can get done and cannot afford to move due to the current rental market. I just need my place restored properly.At the end of August, once the restoration crew had opened the walls, Craig came to take samples. He told me that the results would be back in a week. I have never heard from him again! I have called and emailed. I've tried his cell phone and his office. His assistants have said that all they can do is forward my messages. I have always been polite. This guy basically came to my home, took samples, then ghosted me. This has had a negative affect on my life. The walls have since been sealed up again. My doctor tested me for mould, and I have Ochratoxin A in my body, but no way to link it to my apartment without my test results. Without my test results, I cannot know if my home is safe or pressure the flood restoration company to do anything (they wouldn't do any formal mould inspection or infared imaging even though 41 apartments flooded).I would not recommend Mr. Natural to anyone at this point. The least he could do is call me back if he lost my samples. Why would he come to my home and take samples if he didn't intend to run the tests? I guess he doesn't want to be paid? We had a verbal contract and I need those results. I'm considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I can see that he has recently done similarly to others.

Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, great service. There was some minor mold discovered in our attic during the inspection when we were selling our house. Craig came over on very short notice to inspect and quickly produced a very credible assessment of the situation that was well received by all parties and allowed the sale to proceed. We had Craig come by to do the recommended remediation, the work was done quickly/efficiently and looks great. Thanks!

I cannot express enough my appreciation for Craig and all the work that he has done for my family. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field and takes the time to discuss and explain the work, the cause and effects of mold, and can go into as much detail on any topic as much as you want. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is struggling with mold to help find a way to diagnose and then address the problem. He is able to quickly and effectively confirm or dispel any internet “facts” and focus on the real issues and how to deal with them.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I had a wonderful experience with the company, mr natural. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you in any situation that requires their skills. Craig was the environmental engineer I dealt with who gave of his time and expertise freely. I asked him to perform testing on a trailer that I was purchasing in Chilliwack, which is quite a distance from Vancouver. Not only did he do the job quickly, my tests results were back to me within a week.He also made some recommendations that I think will lessen my allergies. I recommend mr natural highly. If you have a need for their type of services, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.I just wish they had an office in the California where I live. Great experience with Craig Fourie getting the air quality tested for my home. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and provided a very thorough explanation on the best practices related to asbestos and mold. Thank you for the peace of mind Craig!
