Trash service, little girl clearly doesn't wanna work there, wouldn't help me finding something. little ungrateful worker, should be fired

What an amazing store. The selection of inventory is absolutely incredible. Everytime I need any kind of sporting goods I always go here. The staff is also supper polite and I find the management deals with customer issues very well because I was a customer who had an issue and it was settled perfectly. Going back for sure. Good job guys!

I was returning an item tonight, and had questions about my return and the product. The young lady was polite, knowledgeable and vey professional. A man in line shouted rude comments, it was so unprofessional. Young folks and clients that are at the cash should not be tolerating rude people. Shame on that man for being so rude and disrespectful. Thanks sports expert for being so professional about the situation but young ladies should not tolerate rude clients.

No expertise at all. The kids only seems to be there for the pay.... They could not answer my questions on the running shoes and just seemed that the running shoes I showed interest in were the best (when they are not)! Almost every question I asked they had to go get someone else... The employee even said well check and I will go serve the other customer"!!! When I was saying this size is too small or too large he would just stand there and look stupid. I actually needed to ask "can you please get me a 9?" They never offered to take the size of my foot. And believe it or not

Very expensive for so-so products, hard to return.

Shameful returns policy, robbery. I purchased a garment that was poor quality and began to come apart after two wearings. They took the item back *at the beginning of August* but instead of making it right on the spot, passed responsibility to the manufacturer and I had to wait for their response, which has never come, after several follow-ups. It is now nearly December and I don't have the goods or my money. This store downloads quality and supply issue problems onto their customers, and doesn't stand behind anything they sell. Do yourself a favour and buy goods on amazon, who has a customer service philosophy from this century. My issue would have been resolved within days. This is why bricks and mortar stores are dying.

Place a order online which item was in stock at local store, as stated on website. Went next day to pick-up order and manager tells me item is not there in store and have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive item in store and they will email me when it arrives. I told them I need this item now and since don't have, please refund me. Manager tells me not possible. He tells me i have to be patient. Told him i fully paid and since you don't have item, refund is the only choice to fix problem. Not for me to wait for 5 days refund. I had to argue with manager for a refund which 30 minutes later accepted to refund me. This is the second time I place a order through them and get there, no item in stock. They need to fix this serious problem. Last time ever I order with them.
