Strange behaviour... The Website and sticker on the shop window says open until 9pm on Fridays. Myself and 2 others rolled into the parking lot at apx 7:15pm tonight. The shop lights were on and a male clerk was behind the counter. As soon as we parked and exited the vehicle, the lights were turned off, the door was locked and the clerk vanished! The clerk saw us, and we saw him when we pulled in. I have been a regular customer with 2 full humidors myself. My buddies have been regulars as well. Needless to say, this is now no longer the case.

AWESOME SELECTION and SERVICE: All the selection that you could want from the best cigar producing countries, including their own house brand. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful: ask for assistance whether inexperienced or expert. Reasonable prices for singles and discounted trips and packs.

Stock was low or out on many varieties (it's just part of the COVID times). I was able to scoop up the black and blue label (the whole reason I went to the store) to try. Customer service was awesome!! I was allowed to browse at my own pace and make my own selections (kept my touching to a very bare minimum, picked up only what I wanted). The store was amazingly clean. Can't wait to put fire to these Havana Castle blends and make a return trip!!!

To start let me say that I am in no means a cigar expert.This is the 14th or 15th time I have had the pleasure of shopping here since being introduced to them a couple of years ago. And once again, I have nothing negative to say about their location, their shop itself, their selection, their prices or their helpful, friendly amazing staff.I can't speak about the quality of any of the cigars except their blue label house cigar. I like them so much I don't want to try anything different. But for those of you who have your favorites and the cigar vocabulary, you need to go see these folks!!!

Very nice shop! Lovely selection of cigars with 2 humidors (one dedicated to Cubans and the House brand). Nice selection of lighters and cigar cutters. Drop by and have a smoke on the “deck”!
