Purolator

Received a call that driver could not find address. We have lived at the same location for 20 years and even before GPS and navigation systems, no one has had a problem finding our location which is clearly marked. Had to pickup the package which required a 50 km drive. I was told by office staff that it may have been because the driver was new". Obviously

Same usual situation when sending stuff haven't had any issues in years

Purolator drove into my driveway, parked, then backed up and drove away before I could get out the door. Later saw on tracking that package was refused at the door over packaging". No attempt to deliver

I get a number of deliveries for my business from a few courier companies for some reason Sydney purolator is the only one that routinely says they cannot get into the building…this is a bald face unimaginative fabrication I receive a call to my phone when someone rings my apt number no one calls and no “we tried to deliver your product” sticky note in evidence…I do however get a phone call to state I can pick it up or reschedule a delivery maybe do the job the 1st time around. UPDATE another package delayed in shipment Purolator is the ONLY courier in Sydney where this is constant other companies have delivery issues understood but 80-90% of deliveries through Purolator…are delayed or missing when I see it’s shipped through Purolator I know it’s going to be a problem DO BETTER!!!!

Parcel was on the delivery truck since 10 am and then at 522 pm updated saying weather permitting ….. it is beautiful out not a cloud in the sky…. Obviously the driver was too lazy to deliver pkg …. I would never use purolator for delivery

Paid and Scheduled for pick up between10am-2pm, call off from work hope they will show up for pick up, but didn’t happen even after 2pm. Called the customer service and the response was pathetic. they informed that will come today within 4pm or mentioned that the consignment can keep in front of the door. I don’t understand why did I paid them and scheduling for pick-up if they gonna show up as per their availability??

I am please with the speed and accuracy of my recent orders from purolator, but lately my orders have just been left on my front veranda without even a knock on my front door. I live 10’ from a very busy street with a lot of foot traffic. My orders could easily be taken by a driver or passer by. I have had some very pricey orders lately and the driver does not knock on my front. There is always someone home. I understand the reluctance to pass a parcel to me but the driver could at least knock before he gets back in the truck and leaves.

Purolator is, without question, the worst shipper I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Just within the last two weeks they lost a package - no updates for 12 days and a rep said We have no idea where it is. We can't find it" - and no effort to help and two other packages with no tracking updates/shipping movement for the five days since it arrived at the shipping facility. This is just the latest of my negative experiences with this shipper. I will NEVER let my items ship via Purolator again

Reached out Purolator about a gross over charge on a billing only to be told to contact them at their Toronto location. In Other words you get a hold of us instead of they get a hold of their good customer! We had done business with them for many many years. Terrible customer service. Sent the item back by UPS arrive within two days and the service was extremely good.

Terrible and pathetic service.. I have had multiple items delivered at my address by other shipping vendors whereas Purolator is unable to deliver my package from past few days. First reason they mentioned ‘Receiver moved, second time they mentioned ‘Incorrect address’, and third time they mentioned ‘Receiver not found’. Every morning I get the message ‘out for delivery’ and I think I would finally get my package today. Tried contacting Purolator customer service twice and had to hang up after waiting for 50 minutes on phone. Then, got hold of someone from Purolator via Amazon and explained the issue but no luck. Seems like I’ll have to wait for my package for eternity!Edit: Issue was resolved quickly after contacting Purolator this time and I received my package! Therefore, changing the review to 5 stars..
