If you’re considering a property management company in London or surrounding area, this is not the one !!!!Such a juvenile, and disappointing company. Never answers emails or phone calls. Never communicates our issues with our contractors.Greedy, selfish, and unprofessional . Everyone that works at this place is beyond pathetic.Doesn’t matter if it’s our property manager from last year, or one of the ones that we’ve been assigned this year after firing the last one.Literal dumpster fire business.

I truly do not understand how Nicole Horton continues to be employed. She has zero regard for the people who live in the buildings she manages. She refuses to give adequate notices and when you call her out on it she becomes very passive aggressive. I would 100 % recommend that she change careers as she is not suited to deal with people.

I originally gave 5 stars when Nicole Horton first started on as Property Manager, however, she has dropped the ball and our Corporation is now a dump. She may or may not respond to emails, generally not, phone calls are a waste of time. Rules and Regulations for the Corpoation are for the most part not followed but she keeps getting paid. Nicole I really thought you were better than that but you sure had me fooled.

My experiences with this current property manager have been nothing but negative. In the winter months, the landscaping contractors dump excessive amounts of snow into our two allocated parking spots. We are left with barely half of a parking spot to park our car. The response from highpoint is that the extra removal of snow from this complex has not been included in their annual budget. This was a winter with not a insurmountable amount of snow and we were still left with even one parking spot. This is terrible property management and I can only wish for Dickenson management to save us from the horrible management property we have to endure currently. That also has to reflect negatively on the current condo board members who sought out another (and unsuperior) property management team to manage our property. The lack of concern and care will affect the property values of this complex.

This is the worst property management company ever. Nicole Heuvel senior condo manager is extremely unprofessional. She doesn’t return phone calls. Or emails. I actually have had many issues that were not dealt w. She is lazy. She doesn’t respond to issues, doesn’t have contracts come in timing manners. I had part of my house fall off during a storm. Water was able to get in. After 3 days of calling and emails. I finally got a work order submitted. Every experience I’ve had w Nicole has been terrible. We pay 400$ in condo fees and she can’t reply to a serious matter. She is actually TERRIBLE.

By far the WORST property management company I have ever encountered. If you are thinking of moving into or buying a place with HighPoint property management as the company, run and never look back. They never answer emails, calls, and overall give you a condescending attitude towards any concerns.I used to live in 250 Pall Mall Street in London ON, and to say these people are incompetent and unprofessional is an extreme understatement. They treat young tenants (I.E anyone under 40 years old) as though they are children. I genuinely have no idea how this company continues to be in business. The superintendent of 250 Pall Mall is somehow even WORSE. The attitude you will get from the superintendent (Anne) is as if they own the whole building. She will talk down to you, threaten you with frivolous threats, and treat you as if you are a criminal. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and selective with the tenants that they enforce any of the “rules” with.

Edit: I would like to add that our negative experiences have all been with Victoria Phillips. We have found our interactions with her to be adversarial, wildly unprofessional, and borderline bullying. This has been an ongoing issue. I do see others say similar things below, so I know we’re not alone in our experience. These reviews tell you all you need to know about the respect HighPoint shows to condo owners and tenants. Though I am not a large investor, I am saddened that this company represents my investment via my condo board. A collaborative spirit and some kindness go a long way in interactions. I would not purchase an additional property managed by this company.

Management is disrespectful. Complete failure to inform residents of noise. Refusal to answer phone/emails about complaints, dismissive and rude when they do. They threaten to tow vehicles if you have a visitor who stays overnight in visitor parking. The elevators and front lobby have been quite dirty for some time, and I noticed that they stopped vacuuming the hallways as frequently in the past six months. Also, it’s extremely difficult to get mailing packages delivered because of the limited space in the mail room they need a bigger parcel delivery box Canada post has requested this multiple times from residence but the building won’t adhere. Also, they had the fire department, check fire detectors, and then a month later needed to enter units again for the same issue. The intercom system was out of service for approximately six months where we had no cameras or intercom. They have stopped taking care of this building, and this is still a luxury building in London Ontario. If High Point owns this building for the love of God, please just sell it to someone who cares.

Looking at the most recent reviews, I have experienced the same and have the same complaints. HighPoint followed in footsteps that would make it hard for them to disappoint, but yet they succeeded in that. Nikki is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Ignoring emails and phone calls of an owner is unacceptable when that is her job. Concerns that are of urgent need of repair should not just be put aside. The communication was decent in the beginning but now we are getting notices the day of something being done, which is unacceptable. I filed a complaint and her assistant responded, but yet still no response from Nikki.Recently, my favourite demand was that a home owner would have to be home during normal working hours to allow a plumber in. When I called to say I work, it was suggested I give a board member a key to my home. This is absurd! In the past I’ve always been able to call the plumbing company and set up a time where it was convenient for me to let them in.In my opinion, this little company is over their heads and have taken on more corporations then they can handle to do the job right. Extremely disappointed!!
