We initially hired Kayla and her team to find us a cottage along Lake Erie. Kayla went above and beyond with due doing her due diligence and made sure we had all the appropriate clauses which saved us from buying a cottage that ended up having zoning issues. In the end we ended up buying a beautiful house by the lake. Again Kayla was more than helpful going out of her way to help us.Working with Kayal was different than working with previous realtors. She makes sure the property is right for the buyer even if it means, she does not get the sale. There is absolutely zero pressure when it comes to buying and selling with her.
