I have to give 3 stars because when I come in person it’s always a pleasant experience. Basil is one of my favourite employees - he always goes above and beyond. I do have to say however, when I order off of Uber or skip I have not always had the best experience (always seems to be some sort of mess up). I ordered last night off of skip the dishes and as per my attached photo I was horrified. Everything was covered in oil - literally everything . I knew when I opened the bag something was wrong as there was a weird smell…. And as soon as I grabbed an item out of the bag I watched as the oil was leaking off of it. I pretty much had to chuck everything in the garbage…. so so gross. Please work on your Uber/skip skills because this is totally unacceptable….

Walked to this store at 1 AM. There is a big sticker on the door that says holiday hours are 24/7 but the employee inside refused to open the door to let me in?!? Super disappointed because I needed to buy something urgently.

Good selection of products to choose from but some items are overpriced. Some of the staff are decent. I usually go to the store for pizza, wings, and slushy.

Younger east Indian guy in the cashier needs a raise. Always makes the food fresh and really cares. Didn't catch his name but he's slimmer, no accent, and around 5'11 ish

That's not 24/7 store. employee locks the door from inside . Happened twice now

Refused us service for literally no reason at 2 am. Doors were locked. Tried to enter, the staff just made a neck cut" motion with his hand to tell us that they're "closed" but didn't explain why he wouldn't let us in. Not open 24 hours. It's a lie. I've lived in Guildford quite literally my whole life

I have had multiple problems with this location over the years. Either horrible staff choices that have no manners, or not following their own signage. Yesterday there was a sign for drinks that said 2 for $5. My total rang up at above $7. When I mentioned to the cashier that were were promo stickers all throughout the section, I was then yelled at by an employee named Aj/Ajay" telling me that the coupon must be expired. I've worked retail for 10 years and I know that if you've got an older display of signage

Good place to find the cards you need. And snacks!!
