Hanna is amazing; she has excellent customer service ever. She is very friendly and kind as always.. whenever I want to book a flight she helps me to find the best deal.She always respects clients, and she is very responsible and helpful, that’s why this agency is my choice. I am so glad to know her, and I can say she is the best travel agent in Canada.

Hannah was awesome! I was trying to book a group flight and having many obstacles. Hannah was able to book exactly what i needed and went above and beyond spending much time securing the best deal! I would definitely recommend and will most certainly use her in the future!

Hannah rescued me after I injured my back while on holiday. Even though I'm sure she was busy booking more lucrative trips, she made time to book me a comfortable seat for my return to Vancouver from Ontario. I'm an inexperienced traveller who would have had to pay $1400 (left to my own devices) but she got me a seat for just a $241 upgrade. She took all the stress off my shoulders and was lovely, compassionate and generous. I'm now home and the flight was a dream. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah is the best. I referred a friend to buy a ticket from her. he was happy and amazed that the ticket was $300 cheaper than other agencies.

I do not recommend this travel agency. On January 26, 2023, I requested a hotel booking for 5 and and instead the agent booked for only 2 people. If I had not spotted the error, I would have ended paying 1500 + CAD when I had gone to the hotel. When I requested to change the reservation, lower quality accommodations where offered or more expensive hotel bookings. Overall, this was a very negative experience.

Hannah is very helpful, informative and professional to work with. Her advice is great and she stays in touch with you from the beginning of purchasing your ticket till the time that you return home. She answers all of your questions promptly and she makes sure that you have all the right information during all stages of your travel. Hannah belongs on a battlefield because she is an absolute warrior. She was very accommodating as I had to travel during a very difficult time in my life to see family, during a pandemic fiasco and the woeful service of Air Canada. She was very helpful in finding my flights with ongoing delays, and transportation to get me home. Wow, if Hannah, you really haven't lived unless you let Hannah assist you with your travels! Hannah is by far the BEST travel agent I have EVER had book my trips. She is competent, professional and finds the best deals for my last minute vacations. The fact that I can just call and give her specifics such as trip dates, budget and desired hotel and the same day she is able to get back to me with amazing packages blows my mind.I am going away this Sunday to a hotel in Dominican that was all booked out and could not find one package for flights and reservations that correlated; Hannah did everything she could and was able to make it happen and I am soooo thankful for her help because this trip would not be happening with out her. Furthermore, prior to booking any previous trips, I was always stressed about having to run around and find a travel agency - taking time off work - but with Hannah, all it took was a call and she worked her magic and would get back to me the same day or next and always kept me updated through out the day via call or text.I rate her services 15/10 because she truly is amazing and will FOREVER be my travel agent. Hannah works very hard to ensure her clients have everything they need for their travels. She can be a tricky to reach or slow to respond at times but generally is very accessible when needed.I needed to change one of my flights and Hannah spent several days on hold with the airline to ensure the flight was changed and didn't even ask me to pay the change fee. She saved me money and countless hours of time!If you are in need of a travel agent, I strongly recommend giving Hannah a call!
