Dr. Jeffrey Weatherby, Licensed Psychologist

I haven't seen Dr. Weatherby for approximately 15 months. He has been absolutely instrumental in the progress that I have been making, regarding my mental health. I have come to trust his professionalism, discretion and empathetic care throughout. I continue to look forward to our routine sessions.

I found that Dr Weatherby is a pleasure to speak to he listens attentively and occasionally makes me laugh while speaking ever so gently as he is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic a straight shooter and easy to speak to. I appreciate everything he's done and continues to do for me and while my recovery encompasses my being and I feel I am in great care and I also know with his help I will eventually be okay.Thank you so much doc!!

6 months ago I was involved in a serious workplace accident which has resulted in chronic pain, mobility issues, depression, anxiety, severe sleep disturbance and PTSD. WSIB recommended that I find a psychologist to help me work through these issues. I researched for several days and Dr Jeffrey Weatherby continued to pop up in my search. I read countless glowing and positive reviews given by other patients who had been through similar circumstances - (accidents or traumatic experiences in the workplace) and decided to book an appointment with him. I’ve seen him weekly for 5 months now, and he has worked incredibly hard to help me. I have developed a deep level of trust with him since beginning therapy.About a month into therapy COVID started to affect Canadians. Dr. Weatherby had to stop seeing patients in person because of this. It’s been an incredibly difficult time for everyone, despite this, he has continued to work, via video call, and the level of care and professionalism has been consistent throughout. I can’t imagine what my life would have been like if therapy had stopped while I was recovering from a traumatic and horrifying experience. To anyone reading this that is/has experienced anything like I have - Dr. Jeffrey Weatherby is a sincere, highly professional individual. He is incredibly experienced and has many tools/reading materials to use. He always listens, he values your feelings, and I always leave therapy feeling reassured. He will do everything he can to help you as his patient.

A short review is not enough to describe a person such as Dr. Weatherby......Intelligent, caring, patient, knowledgeable, sophisticated, accomplished. But most of all considerate and compassionate.After all the exquisite care Dr Weatherby has provided to me over a great deal of time, I find it incredibly poignant that a single person has written less then a 5 star review.
