I highly recommend Dave's Automotive Services. I dropped off my car this morning and was able to pick it up around noon. The staff was all friendly and helpful and the cost was actually less than I expected (how often does that happen at an auto shop?). I hope I don't need to, but I would go back to Dave's in a heartbeat!

My daughter took her car in based on the fact students at Nipissing University said Dave’s was very trustworthy and honest. I have to say the students are correct!!! I have told my daughter it is very important to find a mechanic you can trust and we have found ours. Thanks so much for your honesty and your integrity Dave. As a father it means a ton to me to have someone like you. In a world where honesty and integrity seem to be less and less valued as essential character traits…you and your business will continue to grow because of them. My worry is you are going to be swamped because the word is out you are honest, you are fair and you care. Dave is so friendly and transparent, he goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and keep your vehicle safe on the road. I've been in his shop several times in the last two years and he's always so accommodating with every customer. I also really appreciate that he answers all my questions without getting bothered. I'm also always shocked that wait times for appointments are usually less than a week!

This man knows his stuff. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars and hours of time at the dealership. 5 minute conversation with Dave and he knows exactly what to do. 5 minute fix; still kept the car to do a thorough look over to make sure, and wouldn’t charge me a thing. All of my vehicles will go here in the future! Kind, fast, knowledgeable!(I haven’t personally experienced his staff yet, but they all sounded very competent, and Dave seems to be at least peripherally involved with each case).

Go glad I found Dave's, very good mechanics, very good prices with military and student discounts, fast and friendly service and they can be flexible with appointments. Don't waste money at dealerships or Canadian Tire.

Wonderful shop, with wonderful mechanics. Dave will go out of his way to help you, and is friendly and kind every time you speak with him. The mechanics are great and do the work quickly. They do their best to do the job and keep everything on time and on budget. The mechanics work hard.Anyone who says this shop isn't wonderful likely hasn't been here before, because it is awesome.

I'll be honest, the first time going to Dave's Automotive Services for repairs on my winter tires was because I seen they offer a student and military discount, but now I've been back three times because of the people and the quality. The staff is incredible and super friendly, they go above and beyond and I always leave happy. My go to shop in North Bay! Highly recommend!
